Directions
Gently shake the bottle before use.
Remove the protective cap and insert the nozzle into one nostril while keeping the head upright.
Press down to release a gentle mist while inhaling lightly through the nose.
Repeat in the other nostril.
Use 2–6 times daily, or as needed, to maintain nasal comfort.
Clean the nozzle with warm water after each use and replace the cap.
