Designed to stay securely in place, without the need for pins or tapes, Tubigrip can be used to treat a wide variety of sprains and strains, weak joints, soft tissue injuries, joint effusion, general oedema, post-burn scarring and rib-cage injuries. It is also used for pressure dressings and arm fixation.

Measure around the widest part of the affected area and select the appropriate size below How to measure Size Suitable for B 13-16cm Small hands and wrists C 16-20cm Medium wrists and ankles, small elbows D 20-24cm Large wrists, medium ankles and elbows, small knees E 24-28cm Large elbows and ankles, medium knees F 28-36cm Large knees, small thighs G 36-46cm Extra large knees, medium thighs How To Fit Tubigrip Step 1 Cut Tubigrip to twice the length required for the limb, allowing an extra 2-3cm for overlap. Step 2 Pull Tubigrip onto the limb like a stocking. Step 3 Double Tubigrip back over the limb. Ensure the upper edge is taken 2-3cm higher up the limb than the first. |
