Seven Seas Pregnancy Plus is a complete pregnancy multivitamin containing 21 expertly blended vitamin and minerals which work in harmony with your body, for you and your unborn baby. Seven Seas Pregnancy Plus includes 400µg of Folic Acid, as recommended by the UK government. Folic acid is essential for baby's development as it is needed to promote the healthy formation of the baby's neural tube.
Seven Seas Pregnancy Plus also contains ginger which is a traditional herb popular amongst pregnant women, and also includes an additional capsule containing a special blend of Omega-3 fish oil, which contributes to the development of your unborn baby's brain and eyes. This formulation is designed to be taken throughout your pregnancy.
| Directions | Take one tablet (lilac blister) and one capsule (silver blister) a day. Best taken with food. If you forget to take a tablet or capsule, don't worry, simply miss a day. Do not exceed the recommended dosage. |
