Directions
Pour: Pour 20 millilitres (approximately 4 teaspoons) of LISTERINE Total Care Mouthwash into a cup.
Rinse: Empty the cup into your mouth and swish the solution thoroughly around your teeth and gums for 30 seconds. Be sure to reach all areas of the mouth, including the back teeth and gums.
Spit: After 30 seconds, spit the mouthwash out. Do not swallow the solution.
Frequency: Use LISTERINE Total Care Mouthwash twice daily after brushing and flossing, morning and night, for best results.
Mild Irritation: Some users may experience a mild burning or stinging sensation in the mouth due to the alcohol content.
Dry Mouth: Prolonged use may contribute to dry mouth in some individuals.
Taste Alteration: Temporary alteration in taste sensation may occur after use.
Allergic Reactions: Rarely, individuals may experience allergic reactions such as swelling, rash, or difficulty breathing. If this occurs, discontinue use and seek medical attention immediately.
