Dermol 500 Lotion is for the management of dry and itchy skin conditions such as eczema and dermatitis.
In dry skin conditions such as eczema, using moisturisers regularly, even once the skin has improved, can help prevent flare-ups. Dermol 500 also helps reduce scaling, redness and itching.
Dermol 500 works to relieve dry skin conditions in two ways.
Firstly, it works as an emollient, which forms a barrier over the skin that stops moisture escaping. This softens and hydrates your skin, preventing and relieving dryness and symptoms like itching.
This lotion also works as an antimicrobial, which means that it kills bacteria on the skin that can make dry skin conditions worse, also helping to prevent infection.

Dermol 500 Lotion x 6 PACK is an antimicrobial emollient for the management of dry and pruritic skin conditions, especially eczema and dermatitis.
Used regularly, this lotion can help restore the skin's smoothness, softness and flexibility by replacing lost moisture and helping the skin retain moisture. This helps reduce scaling, redness and itching.
Liquid paraffin and isopropyl myristate work by replacing lost water within the skin, and by forming a waterproof barrier over the skin surface.
| Directions | Before use, turn the top of the pump dispenser anti-clockwise to unlock it. The same instructions apply to adults, children and the elderly. Apply the lotion to the affected areas and massage gently into the skin, until absorbed. For use as a soap substitute: FOR EXTERNAL USE ONLY Do not use in cases of known sensitivity to any of the ingredients. Keep out of the reach and sight of children. Do not store above 25°C. |
