To Apply Giant Pen Stick directly onto the lips – there’s no need to use a lip liner first – you get it all-in-one.
2 The pigment is really strong, and it glides on, so there is no need to go over the lips repeatedly – just sweep the colour across.
3 When the end is slightly softer, blend it on for a dewy look, or create total definition by sharpening the end to a fine point.
