Juvela Gluten-Free Fibre Mix is a versatile and reliable gluten-free flour substitute with the added goodness of vegetable fibre which gives a wholesome nutty taste.
This all purpose flour substitute can replace both plain and self raising flour in your favourite recipes to produce bread, cakes, pastry and biscuits, sauces and more.
The mix includes a sachet of easy blend dried yeast for breadmaking.
