Adults and Children over 12 years:

Stomach upsets: 5-10ml. Maximum 60ml in 24 hours.

Constipation: 30-45ml at bedtime. Repeat nightly reducing dose until constipation relieved.

Children 3-12 years:

Stomach upsets: 3-12 years 5ml. Maximum 30ml in 24 hours.

Constipation: 5-10ml at bedtime

Not recommended for use in Children under 3 years of age.
